随着信息化水平不断提高,高校图书馆信息技术战略规划显得日益重要起来。通过调查部分知名美国高校图书馆信息技术战略规划,发现信息技术战略规划很受美国高校图书馆重视,并且具有以下特征:在全面把握师生需求基础上开展信息技术战略规划;融合了高等教育教学、科研等应用需要,重视对教育变革的作用;重视整合和优化配置信息技术资源和服务;充分利用现代信息技术提升高校图书馆的管理水平,对我国高校图书馆制定信息技术战略规划具有很好的启示。
With the continuous improvement of information technology, information technology strategic planning of university libraries is increasingly important. Through investigating the information technology strategic planning of some well-known American university libraries, we find that the strategic planning of information technology is highly valued by the American university libraries and has the following features: to carry out strategic planning of information technology based on a comprehensive grasp of the needs of teachers and students; to integrate the teaching of higher education , Scientific research and other application needs, emphasis on the role of educational reform; emphasis on integration and optimization of information technology resources and services; make full use of modern information technology to enhance the management of university libraries, the development of our university library information technology strategic planning is very good Inspiration.
