一、陈熙只身来到畲乡小学任教茶洋民族小学位于福安市比较偏僻的山沟沟畲乡,当地交通不便,经济一直比较落后。整个学校只有一座一层平房的教学楼,凹凸不平的操场上长满了很多杂草,没有水,也没有电。因为学校地处穷乡僻壤,尽管学校有四名教师编制,但教师大都不愿到这里任教,即使有人来了,也不愿留下来。1998年,福安师范毕业的“小陶子”——陈熙分配到这所小学任教。其实整个学校只有他一个教师,面对困难,陈熙老师发扬陶行知先生倡导的“捧着一颗心来,不带半根草去”的无私奉献精神,不但留下来,而且扎下根。为了畲乡小孩都能上学,缺少教师怎么办?
