目的：对应用综合护理干预对产后尿潴留产妇实施护理的临床效果进行研究分析。方法：抽取80妇病例，将其分为对照组和干预组，平均每组40例。对照组产妇在住院期间进行常规护理；干预组产妇在住院期间进行综合护理干预。结果：干预组产妇产后排尿时间明显短于对照组；导尿率和尿潴留症状发生率明显低于对照组；出院时间明显早于对照组。结论：应用综合护理干预对产后尿潴留产妇实施护理的临床效果非常明显。“,”Objective:the clinical ef ect of carrying out nursing on postpartum urinary retention were studied on the application of comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods:a total of 80 women patients,divided into intervention group and control group with 40 cases in each group,the average.The control group was given routine nursing mothers in intervention group were hospitalized;comprehensive nursing intervention during hospitalization.Results:the intervention group postpartum micturition time was shorter than the control group;the rate of catheterization and urine retention symptom was significantly lower than the control group;discharge time was significantly earlier than that of the control group.Conclusion:the clinical ef ect of application of comprehensive nursing intervention nursing on postpartum urinary retention were very obvious.
