酒糟含有丰富的碳(C)源和氮(N)源,干酒糟全 N 含量1.22%,全 C 含量33.5%,含总酸4.58%,含粗蛋白7.60%,是平菇生长发育良好的营养物质。但鲜酒糟含酸量大(pH3—5),容易发热,给栽培平菇带来了一定的困难。笔者针对性的做了试验,现已用于生产上,栽培技术如下:(一)培养料配方:采用刚出蒸的鲜高梁酒糟,加少量的木屑和米糠。390公斤鲜酒糟加30公斤米糠、50公斤木屑、5公斤石膏,用石灰调 pH 值至8.5—9.0,高于常规,
Lees contains abundant carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) sources. The total N content of dry distiller’s grains is 1.22%, the total C content is 33.5%, the total acid is 4.58% and the crude protein is 7.60% substance. However, fresh lees contain large amounts of acid (pH3-5), easy to heat, bring some difficulties to the cultivation of mushrooms.
