年轻干部在部队整个干部结构中所占的比例较大,是当前边防部队基层建设的一支重要梯队和逐步发展壮大的中坚力量。因而,如何提高他们的岗位能力素质,扬长避短地发挥好他们在部队建设中的作用是当前面临的重要问题。
Young cadres make up a large proportion of the overall cadre structure of the armed forces and are an important echelon of the grassroots construction of the current border defense forces and a nucleus for their gradual growth.
