本文用分层随机抽样的方法,对石油、天然气开发区开采的超深井井水进行了水质分析和致突变性研究。结果,部分井水感官性状不良,有异臭味,浊度较高,铁含量高;井水普遍含油、酚、苯并(a)芘、氨氮。同时分离出25种有机化合物;Ames试验,微核试验,姐妹染色单体交换试验的结果为阴性。根据国家生活饮用水卫生标准的规定,本文提出了受到石油、天然气污染的超深井水必须经过处理方可供生活饮用的观点。
In this paper, stratified random sampling method was used to analyze the water quality and mutagenicity of ultra-deep well water extracted from petroleum and natural gas development zones. As a result, some of the well water has bad sensory traits, unusual odor, high turbidity and high iron content. Well water generally contains oil, phenol, benzo (a) pyrene and ammonia nitrogen. At the same time, 25 kinds of organic compounds were isolated. The results of Ames test, micronucleus test and sister chromatid exchange test were negative. According to the national drinking water health standards, this paper puts forward the view that the ultra-deep well water polluted by oil and natural gas must be treated for domestic consumption.
