职业院校的基本社会职能是要实行学历教育与职业培训相结合,职前教育和职后教育相结合,努力办成面向社会的、开放的、多功能的教育培训中心。其核心内容就是要为所有劳动者提供有效的职业技能培训,不断提高他们的就业创业能力工作能力和职业转换能力,因此职业院校应积极介入并实施职业培训,努力为地方经济和社会发展服务。结合学院职业培训实际及现状,阐述高职院校开展职业培训的难点和对策,以期对高职院校开展各类培训提供一定的经验。
The basic social function of vocational colleges is to combine academic education with vocational training, combine pre-service education and post-employment education, and strive to become a socially-oriented, open and multi-functional education and training center. Its core content is to provide all workers with effective vocational skills training and continuously improve their employability and career transition ability. Therefore, vocational colleges should actively intervene and implement vocational training so as to serve local economic and social development . Based on the actual and present situation of vocational training in colleges and universities, the author elaborates the difficulties and countermeasures of vocational training in higher vocational colleges with a view to providing some experience for higher vocational colleges to carry out all kinds of training.
