主要介绍了ZMA080型转向架构架与上海轨道交通1、2号线原SF2100型转向架构架的主要结构区别,介绍了ZMA080型转向架构架的强度计算结果、疲劳强度试验结果和线路动应力试验结果。计算结果和试验结果均表明ZMA080型转向架构架均满足有关标准要求和国内地铁A型车的运营要求。
This paper mainly introduces the difference of the main structure between the ZMA080 bogie frame and the former SF2100 bogie frame of Shanghai Metro Line 1 and 2, introduces the strength calculation results, fatigue strength test results and dynamic stress test results of the ZMA080 bogie frame . The calculation results and the test results show that the ZMA080 bogie frame meets the relevant standard requirements and the operation requirements of the A-type cars in the domestic subway.
