大豆聚多醣(Emcosoy)是由大豆脱脂而成的高分子量多醣,它主要含有细胞壁的残留物,曾试用作直接压片及湿制粒压片的崩解剂。它能使片子在贮藏6个月后溶出度稳定不变,且能降低脆碎性而不使片子软化,表明它有一定的干粘合性。本文主要以Emcosoy与微晶纤维素Av-icelPH 101及预胶化淀粉sta-RX 1500比较其粘合性及崩解性、在25℃的吸水与脱水性、压片时的物理机械性。
Soybean Emulsions are high molecular weight polysaccharides made from skimmed soybeans that contain mostly cell wall residues and have been used as disintegrants for direct compression and wet granulation. It stabilizes the dissolution of the tablet 6 months after storage and reduces the friability without softening the tablet, indicating that it has some dry adhesion. In this paper, the adhesion and disintegration of Emcosoy with microcrystalline cellulose Av-icelPH 101 and the sta-RX 1500 pregelatinized starch were compared in terms of water absorption and dehydration at 25 ℃ and physical mechanical properties during tabletting.
