The successful establishment of human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma HEC2 nude mice transplanted tumor strain has made it possible to study the biological characteristics of cells and the whole molecular level system. HEC2 tumor xenografts in nude mice provide the basis for an optimized treatment plan for esophageal cancer, and are also ideal models for finding and screening drugs for treatment of cancer.
