Severe snow-covered plateau, lack of talent. Eleven years ago, among the more than 500 cadres, the largest state-run farm in Tibet, with more than 100 graduates from tertiary institutions, did not have a decent secretary selected. After a field office meeting, I graduated agronomy hard and pushed hard to the office as a text secretary. As the saying goes, “every other line as a mountain.” Studying the people who are in the field and dealing with the text really does not help themselves. Instead, they frequently mistake the “petition” into a “report” and turn the “circular” into a “notice.” Many jokes are aroused.
