On May 27, the opening ceremony of Gansu Provincial Accounting High-end Talents Training Program (Phase I) was held ceremoniously at Beijing National Accounting Institute. Ouyang Zongshu, deputy director of the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance, Gao Yibin, dean of the Beijing National Accounting Institute, Zhang Zhijun, deputy director of the Gansu Provincial Department of Finance, and Li Yong, director of the Gansu Provincial SASAC’s financial supervision department, attended the opening ceremony and the accounting office of Gansu Provincial Department of Finance Director Qiu Quanping presided over the opening ceremony.
