介绍了涟钢CSP热连轧机组基本情况和带钢平直度检测和控制原理,实测了大量平直度控制数据,在此基础上对涟钢CSP机组的平直度控制水平进行了分析,得出了该机组平直度控制水平很高的结论。
This paper introduces the basic situation of CSP hot rolling mill and the flatness detection and control principle of strip steel in Lianhua Iron and Steel Group. A large number of flatness control data are measured. On the basis of this analysis, the flatness control level of CSP unit in Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co., The conclusion is drawn that the flatness control level of this unit is very high.
