目的探讨闭合性颅脑损伤后低场强MRI的表现。方法搜集我院闭合性颅脑创伤患者30例，采用磁场强度为0.45T的Elixbo PM545扫描机进行头颅检查，观察患者MRI的表现。结果 MRI检查均发现不同程度的脑内结构的损伤，脑挫裂伤6例，颅内血肿15例，硬膜下血肿6例，蛛网膜下腔出血3例。结论低场强MRI可清晰观察到对闭合性颅脑损伤的病变情况，是颅内病变的诊断的一种重要方法。“,”Objective To explore MRI manifestations of closed craniocerebral injury low field intensity. Conclusion The low field strength MRI can clearly observe the pathological changes, which is a kind of important method to the diagnosis of intracranial lesions and closed craniocerebral injury.
