信息工作是企业现代化管理的重要组成部分,九江船用机械厂从切身的实践中深切感受到了强化信息管理、发挥信息增值作用的极端重要性。在厂内,他们建立了“纵向到底、横向到边”的全厂信息传递网络,健全了信息收集、传递、综合处理等相应的工作程序和制度;在厂外,通过参加学会、聘请顾问、厂院挂钩、情报交流等渠道,建立了外界信息反馈网络。从而使一个远离城镇、交通不便、信息闭塞的三线厂,犹如安上了“千里眼”、“顺风耳”。
