1993年8月28日至9月4日,在芝加哥举行的世界宗教会议上,来自全球的宗教代表们,通过了《走向全球伦理宣言》,成为全球伦理建设进程中的里程碑。

At the World Religious Conference held in Chicago from August 28 to September 4, 1993, religious representatives from all over the world adopted the Declaration on Towards a Global Ethic as a milestone in the process of global ethics building.
