超高层建筑是在我国现代技术发展中,其建筑史上的一重大突破,同时也随之出现了比较多的模版系统。模板是建筑工程中周转材料使用最多的,如传统模板材料有竹胶合模板、木模板、钢模板,新型的模板材料如铝合金模板和塑料模板等。之所以全铝合金模板能在众多模板中脱颖而出,完全是因为铝合金模板因以其拆装方便、承载能力较高、质量轻,构件耐久性好、周转次数高,现场无施工垃圾,通用性强,回收价值极高等突出优点,其体系较木塑模板、钢模板也更具突出的优势,越来越广泛的应用建筑施工技术中。
