本文以1985年11月~1986年3月中国第二次南极考察队在长城湾和南阿德雷湾采集的表层沉积物样品为例,采用手工吸管和库尔特计数器两种方法,进行了粒度分析和计算,从而对不同方法粒度分析的结果进行了对比研究。研究认为两种方法测试的结果、分析计算所得的累积概率曲线和频率曲线及粒度参数,都比较一致。此外,库尔特方法还具有分析迅速、取样少、分析间隔细的优点。因此,无论从科学性还是实用性,运用库尔特计数器进行粒度分析是可靠的。
Taking the sample of surface sediment collected by the Second Antarctic Expedition Team in China from November 1985 to March 1986 as examples in the surface sediments of Great Wall Bay and South Adre Bay, two methods, manual pipette and Coulter counter, were used Particle size analysis and calculation, so as to compare the results of different methods of particle size analysis. The study concluded that the results of the two methods tested, the calculated cumulative probability curve and frequency curve and particle size parameters are more consistent. In addition, the Kurt method also has the advantages of rapid analysis, less sampling, and thin analysis intervals. Therefore, using the Coulter counter for particle size analysis is reliable, whether scientific or practical.
