智能化时代背景下现有职业教育人才培养模式存在着技术化的趋势,基于技术化人才、技术化社会、技术化教学三个方面来反思人才培养模式哲学取向的不足,指出智能时代对职业教育人才培养模式的挑战。基于此,提出了智能时代必然会给职业教育人才培养模式带来根本性的变革,其重构的核心框架包括:构建现代职业教育一贯制人才培养体系,构建职业教育高端订制化的人才培养定式,构建“中职—高职—应用型本科”层次的特色人才培养范式,构建跨学科、多技能为核心的职业教育人才培养路径。
Under the background of intellectualized times, there exists a trend of technicalization in the training model of vocational education. Based on the three aspects of technical personnel, technical society and technical teaching, the author reflects on the deficiency of philosophical orientation of personnel training mode. It points out that vocational education Talent training mode of the challenge. Based on this, it is proposed that the intelligent era will inevitably bring fundamental changes to the training model of vocational education. The core framework of its reconstruction includes: Constructing a consistent system of personnel training for modern vocational education and building a high-end customized training system for vocational education Formulating the training mode of characteristic talents of “Secondary Vocational - Vocational - Applied Undergraduate” level, and building the path of cultivation of vocational education with interdisciplinary and multi-skills as the core.
