目的:观察百令胶囊对慢性肾衰患者的肾功能改善效果及生存质量的影响。方法:将80例慢性肾衰患者,随机分为2组,各40例。对照组采用常规药物代文治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用百令胶囊治疗。观察组治疗前后血肌酐(SCr)、内生肌酐清除率(CCr)、血尿素氮(BUM)及24h尿蛋白定量等肾功相关指标,及体能(PF)、精神影响(RE)、社会活动(SF)、心理健康(MH)、体能影响(RP)、精力(VT)、身体疼痛(BP)、一般健康(GH)等8个维度生存质量指标分析。结果:2组治疗后SCr、CCr、BUM及24h尿蛋白定量与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组RE、SF、MH、RP、VT、BP和GH 7个维度的得分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组在MH、RP、VT、BP和GH 5个维度的得分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组PF、RE、SF与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组92.5%,对照组80.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊在慢性肾衰竭的治疗上不仅能改善肾功能,延缓肾衰竭,还能改善患者的生存质量。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bailing capsule on renal function improvement and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: Eighty patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional drugs on behalf of the text; the observation group was treated with Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group. The serum creatinine (SCr), endogenous creatinine clearance (CCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUM) and urinary protein in 24 hours after treatment in the observation group were correlated with renal function, such as physical function (PF), psychic effect (SF), mental health (MH), physical effects (RP), energy (VT), physical pain (BP) and general health (GH) Results: After treatment, the urinary protein levels of SCr, CCr, BUM and 24 h after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the indexes of the observation group and the control group were statistically different Significance (P <0.05). The scores of RE, SF, MH, RP, VT, BP and GH in the observation group after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.05) GH 5 dimensions score compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the observation group PF, RE, SF compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 92.5% in the observation group and 80.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bailing Capsule can not only improve renal function, delay renal failure, but also improve patients’ quality of life in the treatment of chronic renal failure.
