增强国营大中型企业的活力,是当前我国经济体制改革的重要内容,是实现我国经济发展战略目标的重要措施。国营大中型企业是工业生产、建设和商品流通的主要、直接承担者,是社会生产力发展和经济、技术进步的主导力量,它们的活动直接影响整个国民经济的运行和发展。国营大中型物资企业作为整个国民经济的组成部分,其繁荣与衰弱直接影响着整个国民经济的发展,因此,如何增强国营大中型物资流通企业的活力,也就成为人们经济生活中日益关心的问题。以下刊载的是部分同志对搞活物资流通企业的一些思考,对如何增强国营大中型物资流通企业的活力提出了若干思路。
Enhancing the vitality of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises is an important part of China’s current economic restructuring and an important measure to achieve China’s economic development strategic goals. They are the leading forces for the development of social productive forces and economic and technological progress. Their activities directly affect the operation and development of the entire national economy. State-owned large and medium-sized material companies as an integral part of the national economy, its prosperity and weakness directly affect the development of the entire national economy. Therefore, how to increase the vitality of state-owned large and medium-sized material circulation enterprises has become an issue that people are increasingly concerned about in their economic life. .
