郑州彩云西桥格构式装饰钢拱架采用弧形立体桁架结构。大桥砼主体建筑基本竣工,其装饰拱架位于大桥两侧翼缘下面,吊装安装难度大。本文根据工程特点及重难点,经过对施工方案的预控、精细吊装、空中对接等技术质量的把关,确定出科学的焊接施工及监理方法。
Zhengzhou Caiyun Xiqiao lattice decorative steel arch with three-dimensional arc truss structure. The main concrete structure of the bridge is basically completed. The decorative arch frame is located under the flange on both sides of the bridge, which makes it difficult to hoist and install. Based on the engineering characteristics and heavy and difficult points, this paper determined the scientific welding construction and supervision methods through the precontrol, fine lifting and air docking of the construction scheme.
