“八五”期间,我国正处于由计划经济向社会主义市场经济转轨过程中,这为医院的建设和发展创造了新机遇,也使医院面临许多问题和困扰。在总后党委和总部机关以及学校党委的领导下,我院认真贯彻我军新时期军事战略方针,以“211工程”和三级特等医院为目标,坚持“一体两环”的办校模式,深化医院改革,主动适应转轨,在改革中始终以建立和完善有效的经营管理运行机制为重点,努力探索新的途径,使医院的各项工作取得了一定成绩,进一步提高了医院的综合实力。在
