目的探讨玻璃离子垫在年轻恒前牙全脱位固定时过渡性应用的疗效。方法对36颗全脱位的年轻恒前牙常规再植后,采用自酸蚀粘接与麻花丝树脂夹板固定患牙的同时,使用玻璃离子在下颌磨牙牙面上垫高,形成玻璃离子垫,3周后去除固定装置和玻璃离子垫,改用全牙列合垫保护患牙,配戴2周停用。通过临床症状及根尖X线片判断疗效。结果术后1、3、6、12个月观察,20颗患牙显效,10颗有效,6颗无效。结论年轻恒前牙全脱位固定时使用玻璃离子合垫可以避免咬接触,是简单易行的、过渡性的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of transitional application of glass ion pad in young permanent anterior total dislocation. Methods After routinely replantation of 36 young permanent anterior teeth with full dislocation, self-etch adhesive was used to fasten the teeth with hemp silk resin. At the same time, glass ion was applied to the tooth surface of the mandibular molar to form a glass ionomer pad , 3 weeks after the removal of the fixture and glass ion pad, switch to the all-dentate pad to protect the teeth, wear 2 weeks disabled. Through clinical symptoms and apical X-ray to determine the efficacy. Results 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after operation, 20 teeth were effective, 10 effective and 6 ineffective. Conclusion Young permanent anterior teeth dislocation fixation using glass ionomer pad can avoid contact with bite, is a simple, effective transitional method.
