2005年6月12日,在上海市经委和发改委联合举办的“上海市绿色电力认购签约仪式”上,上海宝钢、烟草集团、松下电器、闵行区政府等15家单位与上海市电力公司签订了654万千瓦时的绿色电力(以下简称“绿电”)购售协议,其中上海市电力公司带头认购120万千瓦时。此举表明,上海市已成为在发展中国家中率先实施“绿色电力机制”的城市。
On June 12, 2005, 15 units including Shanghai Baosteel, Tobacco Group, Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. and Minhang District Government and Shanghai Electric Power Co., Ltd. were signed by Shanghai Economic Commission and NDRC on “Signing Ceremony of Shanghai Green Power Subscription” 654 million kwh of green electricity (hereinafter referred to as “green electricity”) purchase agreement, in which Shanghai Electric Power Co. took the lead in subscription of 1.2 million kwh. The move shows that Shanghai has become the first city in the developing world to implement the “green power mechanism.”
