目的:观察大鼠长期口服神农心脑康胶囊所产生的毒性反应及其程度,以确定临床用药的安全性。方法:神农心脑康胶囊以2.5,0.5g.kg-1,每天给大鼠灌胃给药,连续12周.观察实验大鼠的外观、体质量、肝肾功能、血糖代谢等生理生化指标变化情况。结果:外观、体质量未见明显变化,脏器比质量和病理检查均正常。结论:神农心脑康胶囊在临床用量50倍量的情况下,给予大鼠是安全无毒的。
Objective: To observe the long-term oral Shennong Xin Nao Kang capsules produced by the toxicity and extent of toxicity in order to determine the safety of clinical medication.
