在对沈阳地区村镇住宅调研的基础上，结合该地区的经济发展状况研究沈阳地区村镇住宅的发展现状与趋势．总结出该地区农民生活方式所发生的变化及其对现代化农民住宅提出的新要求。
Based on the survey of rural houses in Shenyang area, the status quo and trends of residential development in rural areas in Shenyang are studied based on the economic development of the area. Summarize the changes that have taken place in the farmers’ lifestyles in the region and the new demands they have placed on modern farmers’ houses.
