2008年8月9日10时,北京奥运会举重比赛在北京航空航天大学体育馆拉开战幕。在女子48公斤级比赛中,我国名将陈燮霞表现出色,为中国代表团摘得本届奥运会的首枚金牌,她以抓举95公斤、挺举117公斤、总成绩212公斤轻松折桂,同时也打破了挺举和总成绩两项奥运会纪录。
At 10:00 on August 9, 2008, the Beijing Olympic Weightlifting Competition opened at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Stadium. In the women’s 48 kg class competition, China’s Chen Xuexia outstanding performance for the Chinese delegation won the first gold medal in this Olympic Games, she snatch 95 kg, clean and jerk 117 kg, a total score of 212 kg easily fold, but also broke Jerk and total score two Olympic records.
