人类与社会都是在不断的文明演进中发展进化,刨除在学校被教育的知识吸取方式之外,作为大学生和社会人的主要知识、信息和文明的汲取方式,大多在于图书馆,不过分地说,图书馆影响着相当的所谓的素质层次优劣。而一个地区乃至一个国家的经济发展、社会进步和文化产业交流势必都与社会人的素质层次有着更深层次的关联,本文就是从图书馆服务模式的演变和创新来探讨地方经济社会发展的普遍性规律。
Both mankind and society develop and evolve in the process of constant civilization evolution. Except for the way of knowledge being educated in schools, most of the ways of taking knowledge, information and civilization as undergraduates and social persons are in libraries. However, Said that the library affects the so-called quality level advantages and disadvantages. However, the economic development, social progress and exchange of cultural industries in one region or even one country are bound to have a deeper correlation with the quality level of social people. This article explores the universality of local economic and social development from the evolution and innovation of library service model law.
