随着我国大陆房地产市场的快速发展,带动了建筑、能源、材料等两百多个大行业发展,对于建筑电气产品行业而言同样如此。建筑电气产品市场的巨大发展潜力,无疑给建筑电气产品生产厂家和销售商企业带来新的发展机遇。必然,哪里有市场存在,竞争也相应的出现。本文结合笔者多年从事建筑电气产品销售经验,根据市场营销相关理论,对湖南大壹集团建筑电气产品的营销情况进行分析,并通过产品策略、价格策略、促销策略和渠道策略四个方面,制定了湖南大壹集团的市场营销策略。
With the rapid development of China’s real estate market, more than 200 major industries such as construction, energy and materials have been brought forward. The same is true for the construction electrical products industry. The huge development potential of the building electrical product market will undoubtedly bring new development opportunities to the building electrical product manufacturers and distributors. Necessarily, where there is a market exists, competition also arises accordingly. Based on the author’s years of experience in the sales of building electrical products, this article analyzes the marketing situation of the construction electrical products in Hunan One Group according to the related theories of marketing. Through the four aspects of product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy and channel strategy, Hunan One Group marketing strategy.
