1.连杆弯曲、扭曲。由于机车意外事故导致连杆弯曲、扭曲变形引起气缸偏磨等均会造成气缸磨损。 2.润滑油选用规格不妥。季节不同应选用不同规格的润滑油,如冬天选用了夏季使的润滑油,粘度变稀,也会引起气缸磨损。 3.发动机启动后不经预热即投入作业。发动机一般在水温达到60℃后才能正式投入作业,否则机体温度过低,供油量加大引起燃烧不完全,气缸积炭增多而加速气缸磨损。
