本文运用“目标管理”和“人文主义”的思想,结合从事图书馆工作二十余年的体会,探讨图书馆目标管理的模式和意义,提出了人是推动图书馆事业向前发展的原动力;构建发挥全体成员积极性的人文环境是图书馆事业健康发展的关键所在。
This article uses the ideas of “target management” and “humanism”, combined with the experience of more than 20 years in the library work, discusses the mode and significance of the target management of the library and puts forward the motive force of promoting the cause of the library. It is the key to the healthy development of the library to construct a humanistic environment that exerts the enthusiasm of all the members.
