职业教育在区域产业转型升级过程中发挥着重要作用,针对高职院校目前存在专业设置不能很好适应区域产业结构调整趋势、专业建设服务能力无法满足区域产业升级需求等问题,以计算机应用技术专业为例,探讨了大众创业、万众创新环境下的区域产业升级对专业建设的创新发展需求,提出了高职院校教师开展深度企业调研和校企合作建议,通过专业教学团队与区域企业深度融合,实现高职院校专业建设紧跟区域产业升级需求并服务于产业发展,收到良好的育人效果。
