“商事登记档案”是专门档案中的一个特殊的类别,目前还没有得到档案理论界的关注和认同,本文从逻辑基础和理论基础两个方面对其归类进行了论证。
“Commercial Register File ” is a special category in the specialized archives. At present, it has not got the attention and approval of archival theorists. This article demonstrates its categorization from two aspects: logical foundation and theoretical foundation.
