采用单辊实验技术研究了Ni-32.5%Sn共晶合金的急冷快速凝固组织,测试了合金的抗拉强度和伸长率,分析了冷却速率与合金组织及力学性能之间的关系。研究结果表明,在急冷快速凝固条件下,Ni-32.5%Sn共晶合金形成了全部的不规则共晶组织。随着冷却速率的增大,合金组织明显细化,均匀性提高,不规则共晶和等轴晶的数量增多,细晶强化作用增强,Ni-Sn共晶合金的抗拉强度增大,伸长率降低。
The rapid solidification microstructure of Ni-32.5% Sn eutectic alloy was studied by single roll test. The tensile strength and elongation of the alloy were measured. The relationship between the cooling rate and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy was analyzed. The results show that the Ni-32.5% Sn eutectic alloy forms all the irregular eutectic structures under rapid cooling and rapid solidification conditions. With the increase of the cooling rate, the microstructure of the alloy is obviously refined and the uniformity is improved. The number of irregular eutectic and equiaxed grains increases, the fine grain strengthening effect increases, the tensile strength of Ni-Sn eutectic alloy increases, The rate of decrease.
