随着全球能源问题的日益严峻和“可持续发展”理念在国内的推广,节能环保的理念在建筑行业中兴起,建筑节能设计越来越引起中国广大建筑工作者的重视。现介绍了根据我国可持续发展国情,结合我国建筑能耗的现状,阐述了目前我国在这方面的差距,介绍了在建筑设计方面应遵循的原则和采取的节能措施,以期做到最经济可行的办法就是走可持续发展战略。同时,如何从设计方面的角度考虑建筑的节能和环保,是我们值得思考的一个问题。因此,如何在建筑设计中,更好地利用自然能源,提高住宅建筑中能源利用效率,是本论文的写作重点。
With the increasingly serious global energy problems and the promotion of the concept of “sustainable development” in China, the concept of energy saving and environmental protection has emerged in the construction industry. The design of energy saving buildings has drawn increasing attention from the vast number of construction workers in China. This article describes the current situation of China’s building energy consumption according to China’s national conditions for sustainable development and expounds the current gap in China, introduces the principles to be followed in building design and energy-saving measures taken in order to achieve the most economical and feasible The solution is to take the strategy of sustainable development. At the same time, how to consider the energy-saving and environmental protection of buildings from the perspective of design is an issue we should think about. Therefore, how to make better use of natural energy in building design and improve the energy efficiency in residential buildings is the focus of this thesis.
