文化智力理论的提出,为企业如何有效的进行跨文化管理和培训提供了理论基础和实践依据。如何明确个体文化智力对其跨文化适应的作用机理,对企业如何有效进行跨文化管理具有深远的意义。本研究从个体跨文化心理适应这一维度,选取我国海外留学生为研究对象,通过实证分析验证了个体文化智力对其的影响机制,并同时验证了人际关系敏感性这一变量对上述两者间关系的调节作用。
