我们应用先锋霉素Ⅳ(Cephalexin)口服加外阴局部用药治愈8例女性球菌感染,疗效满意,报告如下。 8例全为女性,急性淋病5例,病程在3周以内;慢性淋病3例,病程长达1～6月。年龄30～50岁。主要症状、体征:自诉短期内白带增多,外阴搔痒、灼痛,外阴部有脓性分泌物。慢性病例在1～6月间,多经不规则治疗反复发作,迁延不愈。检查:全部病例有阴道粘膜充血、有脓性分泌物附着、前庭大腺红肿、压痛明
