罗姆电子大连有限公司生产中会接触到酸、碱、有机溶剂等化学物质,对作业人员的健康造成伤害。在日常职业卫生管理中,公司始终把握“以人为本”的原则,形成了一套符合自身职业卫生特色的管理模式。罗姆电子大连有限公司(以下简称REDA)是一家以电子零部件生产为主的日本独资的生产性企业,1993年入驻辽宁大连金州新区。在其生产经营的20多年中,REDA始终秉持“以人为本”的职业卫生工作原则,始终坚持任何的利益、利润都不能以牺牲员工健康安全为代价。
