Foreword The general conclusion holds that “human factors” make up a significant portion of the fatal accidents in general aviation, with 65% to 85% according to different opinions. Despite the continuous improvement of the characteristics of the aircraft cockpit, extensive training of pilots was carried out and some requirements of the Federation were implemented, and the proportions of aircraft cockpits have remained fairly stable for many years. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of multiple major causes and / or factors and describe the changes in different types of “human factors” over the 22-year period.
