北京某大厦位于京郊西南,永定河冲积扇范围区。地表土不足2m,其下便是砂卵石堆积层,地下水非常丰富。该工程地下室三层,埋深约11m,平面呈长方形。90m×40m。防水设计刚柔并举,两道设防,柔性层选用三元乙丙橡胶卷材,刚性层为混凝土底板和墙体,掺人防水剂。 侧墙防水卷材作完五天后,发现部分坠落,之后陆续坠落,几乎殆尽。少量未坠落者,亦卷边、开缝、折皱、摇摇欲坠之状,已不能修复,必须撕掉。
