目的探讨医院感染监控管理体系的建立、实施及成效。方法选择新疆医科大学一附院1997～1999年由医院感染办公室统计的资料进行分析、比较,探讨医院感染率在加强管理下的降低程度。结果医院感染率连续3年逐渐下降。讨论不断强化医院感染监测与管理,继续进行专业人员的培训教育,是今后进一步提高工作质量的保证。
Objective To explore the establishment, implementation and effectiveness of the nosocomial infection surveillance management system. Methods The data from the Hospital Infection Office of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 1997 to 1999 were selected for analysis and comparison, and the degree of reduction of the hospital infection rate under the enhanced management was discussed. Results Nosocomial infection rate gradually decreased for 3 consecutive years. The discussion continues to strengthen the monitoring and management of nosocomial infections, and the continued training and education of professionals is the guarantee for further improvement of work quality in the future.
