我国在旅游管理人才培养方面尽管取得了一些成效,但是旅游管理人才与旅游行业的需求之间出现了严重的脱节现象,这造成了我国旅游管理专业人才的竞争力明显不足,无法适应迅速多变的市场。因此,笔者结合我国旅游管理人才培养的现状,分析了存在的问题,以及产生的原因,并且提出了一些对策措施,希望能够对旅游行业的发展产生一些启发性的作用。
Although some achievements have been made in the training of tourism management talents in our country, there is a serious disconnect between the demand of tourism management talents and the tourism industry. This has caused the insufficient competitiveness of tourism management professionals in our country and is unable to adapt to the rapidly changing Market. Therefore, combining with the current situation of our country’s tourism management personnel training, the author analyzes the existing problems and their causes, and puts forward some countermeasures in the hope of exerting some enlightening effects on the development of tourism industry.
