本文报告9名健康志愿者进行单次剂量雷尼替丁药代动力学的研究结果。9名均进行口服国产制剂的试验,剂量为150mg。其中各3名静注50mg雷尼替丁及口服英国Glaxo产制剂150mg进行比较。重复用药时间至少间隔一周。雷尼替丁消除半衰期约为2.6小时,69%的口服剂量被有效地吸收。
This article reports the results of a single dose ranitidine pharmacokinetics study in 9 healthy volunteers. 9 were tested for oral domestic preparations, a dose of 150mg. Each of the three intravenous injection of 50mg ranitidine and oral Glaxo production preparations 150mg for comparison. Repeat medication at least one week apart. Ranitidine elimination half-life of about 2.6 hours, 69% of the oral dose is effectively absorbed.
