报告试用较大剂量氯卡胺加用血管扩张剂,控制了经多种常用抗心律失常药物治疗无效的急性心肌梗塞合并严重心律失常1例。认为在上述情况下试用该药是安全有效的。并对其作用机理等进行讨论。
Report trial larger doses of clofaamine plus vasodilators, controlled by a variety of commonly used anti-arrhythmic drugs ineffective treatment of acute myocardial infarction with severe arrhythmia in 1 case.
