随着传播技术的发展,媒介融合已成为媒介发展的必然趋势,并正在被媒介实施与推进。媒介融合给传统媒体的生产经营管理带来了严峻的挑战,特别是跨媒体合作成为新闻生产活动的常态时,媒介必须转变阻碍自身发展的传统生产管理理念,推动媒介生产经营管理的创新。
With the development of communication technology, media convergence has become an inevitable trend of media development and is being implemented and promoted by the media. Media fusion poses a severe challenge to traditional media production and management. Especially when cross-media cooperation becomes the norm of news production activities, the media must change the traditional production management concept which impedes its own development and promote the innovation of media production management.
