昆明市中级人民法院最近公开发布《2012年昆明中院知识产权司法保护情况报告》白皮书。昆明涉外知识产权案件正陆续增多,去年该院共受理10余起涉外侵权案件,其中微软、苹果以侵害计算机软件著作权起诉了多家大中型企业。
Kunming Intermediate People’s Court recently publicly released “2012 Kunming Intermediate People’s Court Intellectual Property Judicial Protection Report” white paper. Last year, the hospital handled a total of more than 10 cases involving foreign-related infringement. Among them, Microsoft and Apple sued many large and medium-sized enterprises for violating the copyright of computer software.
