测定苹果树的光合作用速率是研究苹果树的生理、栽培、育种等方面十分重要的指标。测定苹果树光合作用的方法有气流法和于重法等。气流法不断得到改进,目前已发展到应用密闭系统,由计算机操纵控制CO_2水平,由红外线CO_2分析仪准确、快速地监测CO_2同化过程。在人工气候室内的广泛范围控制空气成分、温度、相对湿度、空气流速以及光照强度、光谱成分等。在野外则用大型同化箱或叶杯测定苹果树的光合作用速率,它们都显著地提高了精确性。但是,气流法所用的精密仪器,设备复杂,费用昂贵,非一般单位所能设置。用干重法测定光合作用
