运营风险目前指企业在运营过程当中,由于内部环境的不完善或不能有效和及时的应对外部环境的变动,导致的运营失败或可能使运营活动不能达到预期的目标及损失。运营风险包含管理风险、财务风险、政策风险、市场风险等。本文主要探讨由于股权结构及变动和公司治理为原因引起的以财务风险为主的运营风险。
Operational risk currently refers to the operation of the enterprise during the operation, due to the internal environment is not perfect or can not effectively and timely response to changes in the external environment, resulting in operational failure or may make the operating activities can not achieve the desired goals and losses.
