由于我国国有企业党建工作与企业文化创新之间有着直接的联系,所以可以通过对二者之间相互影响和协调,实现共同促进,共同发展。但是,在进行国有企业党建与企业文化创新探究的过程中还是不可避免的出现了一些问题,这些问题如果不能及时解决就会影响到党建和企业文化的创新。本文就在分析了国有企业党建与企业文化共同点的基础上,结合电力企业的实际情况,总结出两种创新的共同问题,并提出相对应的措施,以供广大从业人员参考。
Since there is a direct connection between the party building in state-owned enterprises and the innovation of corporate culture, we can achieve common promotion and common development through mutual influence and coordination between the two. However, during the process of exploring the party building and enterprise culture innovation in state-owned enterprises, some problems still inevitably arise. If these problems can not be solved in time, they will affect the innovation of party building and enterprise culture. Based on the analysis of commonalities between party building and corporate culture in state-owned enterprises, this paper summarizes two common problems of innovation and puts forward corresponding measures in the light of the actual conditions of the power enterprises for the reference of the general practitioners.
